ROTTEFÆNGER is a young, alternative rock band hailing from Djursland, Denmark. They draw the listener into their cryptic cosmos filled with hypnotic grooves and hard-hitting riffs, with the vocalist Frej’s voice floating between the band's many influences, from the worlds of shoegaze to progressive rock and metal.
The band has started 2025 with a series of energetic live shows, including a sold-out Gallows Metal Festival, Death to Aarhus and a mini tour with the metal-for-kids concept HxC Kids, and are now looking forward to two singles this fall. Additionally, ROTTEFÆNGER is one of four bands to join the Mono Goes Metal masterclass and accompanying festival this year.
